Abstract: The Vocational School Teachers job satisfaction is the school faculty building of key issues. Can be used Herzberg two-factor theory, the job satisfaction of teachers in higher vocational colleges in the health-care factors and motivation factors, and on this basis to develop effectively enhance the job satisfaction of teachers in higher vocational colleges a number of motivational strategies.

School teachers are the key to creating first-class vocational institutions, the key is to create first-class teachers.
