Network Course learning of monitoring and evaluation studies Abstract As the network programs in China’s booming high-quality Web-based course on how to develop and to strengthen the learning process of network monitoring programs to improve learning outcomes, is the network of curriculum studies in one important and urgent issue. In this paper, application of our country, the current status of network courses, courses on how to effective realization of the network learning process control, and establish the effect of sound evaluation system for a certain amount of investigation and study in a targeted manner gives some suggestions and made a number of Online Course design and development related to their views.
