Job Training is an important way for professional development of teachers. In recent years the post of training kindergarten teachers to some extent, so that child care teachers have benefited, but the overall effect and unsatisfactory. Especially in the training content, knowledge and practical light weight capacity is still training, content, pertinence, curricula and materials do not meet the practical needs of kindergarten teachers; in training mode, the current situation of our country have shown a variety of the garden of the training, participatory training, new training model has been active in various try, but these models did not make deep research, and practice in different stages of development without planning different approach to training kindergarten teachers. In addition there are low-level repetitive training, such as more overlooked features of adult learning, training, narrow face, training process is not system to supervise the enforcement of policy instruments for training kindergarten teachers, voluntary low level of problems. This paper attempts to study the dimension from the perspective of early childhood teachers in post construction of a series of training strategies.
