Setback 目的: 创建统一的连续的滨水街墙界面并保证通往水边道路上 的视线开放 导则: 建筑退界沿所有街道均为5米 Intent: To create a consistent and continuous waterfront streetwall and maintain views from streets that lead to the river Guidelines: • Setbacks along all streets are 5 M Oice Service Apartment Ground Floor Use and Building Access 设计意图: 通过商业功能激活街道并有策略的布置建筑入口 设计导则: 在街道层面鼓励设置活动性强的功能比如餐厅,咖啡厅以 及商店。 为零售,办公以及服务式公寓/酒店提供特色的建筑入口 沿主要道路设置商业入口 服务式公寓/酒店入口应设置在街区内,沿着内部的道路 以及/或次要道路 落客区应设置在次要道路或街区内 Intent: To activate the street level with commercial uses and strategically locate building entrances Guidelines: • Active uses including restaurants, cafes, and shops are encouraged at street level • Provide distinct building entrances for retail, oice and service apartment/hotel • Commercial entrances shall locate along primary street 商商业零售业零售 Retail • Service apartment/hotel entrances shall locate inside the 办办公公 Office block, along internal pathway , and/or along secondary street 服服务式公寓务式公寓 Service Apartment • Drop-of s shall be located on secondary streets or inside of the 酒酒店 店 Hotel blocks
