美托洛尔与贝那普利联合治疗慢性心力衰竭临床观察 【摘要】 目的 探讨美托洛尔与贝那普利联合 治疗 慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 选择慢性心力衰竭患者69例，随机分成治疗组38例和对照组31例，对照组给予利尿剂、强心剂、硝酸酯类等扩血管药物常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用美托洛尔和贝那普利，半年后比较两组在治疗前后6 min内步行距离、左室射血分数、左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径的变化及心功能改善情况。结果 治疗前后6 min内步行距离、左室射血分数、左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径的变化比较差异均有统计学意义(P0．05)，治疗组心功能改善显效率(52．6%)及总有效率(92．1%)明显优于对照组(19．3%)、(64．5%)(P0．01)，差异有统计学意义。结论 美托洛尔联合贝那普利治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效可靠，可改善患者的预后，提高生活质量。 　　【关键词】慢性心力衰竭；美托洛尔；贝那普利 　　 　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical curativeeffect ofmetoprolol combinedwithbenazepril Treating chronic heart failure.Methods To select sixty nine patients with chronic heart Failure were randomlydivided into two groups.Thecontrol group was thirty one and the treatment group wasthirty Eight.The patients in control group were treated withdiuretics，cardiac， nitrate etc.extend bloodvesselconventional drugs; the patients in treatment group were treatedwithmetoprolol combinedwithbenazepril for halfayear on the basis ofconventional drugs，walking distance within six minutes，left ejection fraction，left ventricular end-diastolic internal diameter，left ventricular end-systolic internal diameter and the heart function improved circumstance were observed.Results Pretherapy ofwalking distance within six minutes，left ejection fraction，left ventricular end-diastolic internal diameter，left ventricular end-systolic internal diameter compared to latter， there is statistical difference(P0．05).Theheart function improved obvious efficiency(52．6%)and general efficiency(92．1%)intreatment group were better than those in control group(19．3%),(64．5%)，there is statistical difference(P0．01).Conclusion Curative effect is dependable for metoprololcombinedwithbenazepril treating chronic congestive heart failure，it can improveprognosis and raise life quality. 　　【Key words】Chronic heart failure；Metoprolol；Benazepril 　　 　　心血管疾病是严重威胁人类健康的主要疾病，而慢性心力衰竭常是不同病因器质性心脏病的主要并发症。目前，心力衰竭治疗的新观点，不是仅局限于短期内改善症状，更重要是防止和延缓心肌重塑的 发展 ，降低心力衰竭的住院率和死亡率，提高患者生活及生存质量。本研究采用美托洛尔与贝那普利联合治疗慢性心力衰竭，并与临床常规治
