膀胱白斑病14例的回顾性分析 【关键词】 膀胱白斑 【摘要】 目的 对膀胱白斑的病因、诊断和 治疗 方法 作系统回顾 分析 。方法 14例膀胱白斑患者经膀胱镜检查及活检诊断确定后，行病变处电切，并于术后行灌注化疗。结果 术后病理结果均证实为膀胱白斑，症状消失，尿常规和膀胱镜检未见异常，随访6个月～4年，均未复发。结论 膀胱白斑通过膀胱镜等明确诊断后及时行经尿道膀胱病变电切术，配合膀胱灌注化疗，可取得良好疗效，病人也容易接受。 关键词 膀胱疾病 膀胱白斑 【Abstract】 Objective To study the pathogenesis，diagnosis and treatment in14patients with leukoplakia of bladder.Methods 14patients are all diagnosed definitely by cystoscopy and pathology，treated by transurethral resecˉtion and perfusion of chemical drugs.Results All patients has been followed up for6months to4years and no tumor recur.Conclusion All above diagnosize
