桡神经内移在肱骨中下段骨折并桡神经损伤的应用 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨桡神经内移在肱骨中下段骨折并桡神经损伤的应用及其临床效果。方法：回顾性分析笔者所在医院2011年8月-2014年8月收治的32例肱骨骨折伴桡神经损伤患者，分为A、B两组，A组22例患者予以臂丛麻醉，B组10例患者予以全麻，两组患者行肱骨中下段骨折钢板螺丝钉及外固定架固定时将桡神经内移，同时固定于患者骨膜外组织，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果：两组患者的骨折完全愈合，术后3个月左右患者的桡神经功能逐渐恢复，6个月-2年大部分功能恢复，使用中华医学会上肢部分的功能评定标准评定，A组22例患者中，优16例，良4例，可1例，差1例，优良率90.1%，B组10例患者优6例，良3例，可1例，差0例，优良率90.0%，两组患者优良率比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：肱骨中下段骨折伴桡神经损伤手术治疗的过程当中通过内移桡神经，能够避免损伤患者的桡神经，同时为二次手术提供便利，临床上有重要应用价值 【关键词】 桡神经内移： 肱骨骨折： 桡神经损伤： 临床效果 中图分类号 R683 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）20-0026-03 Shift within the Radial Nerve in Humeral Fractures and Application of Radial Nerve Injury/LIANG Kang.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2015，13（20）：26-28 【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the radial nerve shift in humeral fractures and its clinical application of radial nerve injury results.Method：A retrospective analysis of 32 cases of humeral fracture patients in our hospital in August 2011 to August 2014 were treated randomly divided into A，B groups，A group of 22 patients to be brachial plexus anesthesia，group B 10 patients to be general anesthesia，two groups of patients with humeral shaft fracture and external fixation plates and screws fixed to the radial nerve shift，while fixed to the periosteum of patients outside the organization，compared two groups of patients with the therapeutic effect.Result：There were no cases of postoperative radial nerve injury，excellent rate of 90.1% of patients in group A and group B patients with good rate of 90.0%，the difference was not statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion：The process of concluding humerus fractures treated under section which moves through the inner radial nerve can be avoided in patients with radial nerve injury，while providing convenience for the second surgery，there are important applications in clinical practice. 【Key words】 Radial nerve transfer； Humeral fractures； Radial nerve injury； Clinical effect First-authors address：The Peoples Hospital of Daxin County，Daxin 532300，
