高 教 学 刊 2017年 5期 JournMofHigherEducation 高 校 思 政 新型基层团组织：专业团支部 以河源职业技术学院电信学院为例 邹建辉 (河源职业技术学院 电子与信息工程学院，广东 河源 517000) 摘 要：2010年 11月，河源职业技术学院电子与信息工程学院党总支、团总支勇于创新，建立新型基层团组 织——专业团支部。每个专业配备一名专职辅导员，以专业为基础建立团支部，由辅导员担任专业团支部书记，再根 据专业特色设立学生副书记和学生干部。专业团支部立足专业特点开展形式多样的活动，使学生在思想、技能、志愿 服务和文化素质方面得到提高。专业团支部紧紧围绕 “以德为魂学做人，以能为本学做事”这条主线，认真落实我院大 学生的四项建设，即 “思想教育”、“技能竞赛”、“志愿服务”和 “文化素质”，从而形成 良好的学风校风和丰富多彩、健康 向上 的校 园文化 。 关键词：新型；基层 团组织；专业 团支部 中图分类号：G647 文献标志码：A 文章编号 ：2096—000X(2017)05—0167—03 Abstract：In November2010 thegeneralPartybranch andYouth League generalbranch ofthe schoolofelec— tronicsand information engineering in Heyuan Polytechnic setup a new type grassrootsorganization of the Youth League，thatwasthe specialty Leauge branch，with innovativespirits．Each specialty wasequipped with afull—time counselorand theleaugebranch wassetupon thebasisofspecialty．In addition，counselorstook chargeofthe spe— ciahyLeaguebranch secretary，and thevice secretary and cadreswere selected from studentsaccording toprofession— alfeatures．Specialty Leaug e branch，based on professionalcharacteristics，carried outvariousforms ofactivities， which improved students thoughts，skills，voluntary serviceability and culturalquality．The speciahyLeaguebranch tightly adheresto a principallineofcultivating virtue tobe a decentperson and trainingability to do things，and carefully implementsthe four constructionsofideologicaleducation，ski1lcompetition，volunteerservice and cultural quality．Therefore，ouruniversity can fomr good style of learning and schoolspirit，and rich，colorful，healthy and progressive campusculture． K
