With the auxiliary apparatus of capsular retractors, capsular tension rings, capsular tension segm ents, capsular anchor and femtosecond laser-assisted phacoemulsification cataract surgery makes operation more mini-invasive and controllable. The stability of capsular bag is getting better and better and the new functional intraocular lens is expected to be used in only the most ideal cases.
