The system ，through the signal acquisition ，will cut off the control loops of the circuit breaker who cannot complete the tripping and closing operation within a certain period of time ，to protect the tripping and closing coil of the circuit breaker from being destroyed; and when the circuit breaker rejects ，the system can shortly cut off the circuit breaker control loops with an immediate recovery of the power supply ，and the circuit breaker will take for a second time the tripping and closing operation ，in order to im- prove the success rate and reduce the override trip caused by the rejecting act of the breaker.
