This paper on th basis of port industrial heritag research in Qingdao combines th guidanc of “21st Century Marin Silk Road” country strategy from th “ Series Heritag ” point of view， and then expands a “ Port Series Heritag ” thinking . At last accord ­ ing to current status and problems of industrial heritag protection in Qingdao Port , it puts forward som strategies in hop of being tested and perfected in futur practic .
