腹腔镜完全腹膜外股疝修补术的临床应用 　　摘要：目的 总结腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术治疗股疝的临床经验，探讨其可行性及临床应用价值。方法 回顾分析我院2011年4月～2014年4月12例股疝患者应用腹腔镜完全腹膜外股疝修补术治疗的临床资料，其中男1例，女11例；平均年龄（57.1±12.7）岁；左侧股疝2例，右侧10例；单纯股疝8例，股疝合并同侧腹股沟疝4例，因嵌顿行急诊手术者3例。结果 12例患者均顺利完成手术，无中转开放手术及经腹腹膜前疝修补术，术中无大血管、神经损伤，平均手术时间（38.5±15.3）min，平均住院（3.5±2.6）d。术后2例出现不同程度的血清肿，1例腹股沟区慢性疼痛。本组病例平均随访（12.2±2.3）个月，术后无阴囊血肿、睾丸缺血坏死、网片感染、复发等并发症。结论 我们认为腹腔镜完全腹膜外股疝修补术虽然有一定的难度，但具有患者创伤小、康复快、疼痛轻、并发症少、复发率低等优点，安全可行，值得临床推广与应用 关键词：股疝；完全腹膜外；疝修补术；腹腔镜检查 中图分类号：R656.2 文献标识码：A 文章编号：201502028 Clinical Application of Laparoscopic Total Intraperitoneal Repair of Femoral Hernia WANG Zhi-gang，ZHAO Duan-yi，YUE Qi-jun，HAO Xu-dong，WEI Cai （Department of General Surgery，Hubei Armed Police Corps Hospital，Wuhan 430061，Hubei，China） Abstract：Objective To summarize the clinical experience of laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal herniorrhaphy（TEP） in the treatment of femoral hernia.，to explore its feasibility and clinical value. Methods Laparoscopic total intraperitoneal repair of femoral hernia was performed in 12 cases from April 2011 to April 2014. The clinical data of the 12 patients were analyzed retrospectively， there were 1 male and 11 females，with the mean age of （57.1±12.7） years. there were 2 left and 10 right femoral hevnia； while 8 were pure femoral hernia and 4 were femoral hernia with ipsilateral inguinal hernia；3 patients with incarcerated for emergency operation. Results Laparoscopic total intraperitoneal repair of femoral hernia was successfully performed in 12 patients，there was no conversion to open operation or transabdominal preperitoneal approach，major vessels and nerves were not injured. However， The mean operative time was （38.5±15.3）min，and the average postoperative hospital stay was（3.5±2.6）d. 2 cases had varying degrees of seroma，l case had chronic pain. All patients were followed up for（12.2±2.3） months，there were no scrotal hematoma，testicular ischemia and necrosis，mesh infection，recurren or other complications. Conclusion Laparoscopic total intraper
