第五组跨文化交际,红烧猪蹄做法
braise pork leg;【家常红烧猪蹄】;ingredient:;1、cube pork leg well
切好猪蹄;2、To boil [b?il] the water,put the pork leg into the boiler [b?il?] .
烧开水,把猪蹄放入锅中。;3、wait for the water boil again, pour a little cooking wine, and then braise 5 minutes again.
等水再次沸腾,倒入一点料酒,然后在煮五分钟。;4、pour out the pork leg, then put it into the water and clean it well, after that, cube the pork leg into small one
倒出猪蹄,放入水中洗净,再把猪蹄切成小块。;5、prepare bay leaves 、

crystal sugar 、
light soy[s?i] sauce[s?:s] and dark soy sauce well.准备好香叶、姜、蒜头、八角、冰糖、生抽、老抽。;6、pour a little cooking oil, heat with soft fire, then put the crystal sugar into the boiler.
倒入少许油,用小火加热,再放入冰糖。 ;7、when the crystal sugar become red, turn off the fire and prevent scorching.当冰糖呈现出红色,马上关火,防止烧焦。;8、put the pork leg into the boiler and stir-fry [st?:frai] , let the suger cover it.
下入猪蹄翻炒,让糖色均匀裹上。 ;9、put the bay leaves 、 ginger[d?ind??] 、
garlic [ɡɑ:lik] and
anise[?nis] into the boiler, then stir-fry[st?:frai] again.
下入香叶,姜片,蒜头,八角继续翻炒。;10、put the light soy[s?i] sauce[s?:s] and dark soy sauce into the boiler.
将生抽和老抽 放入锅内。;11、put a little beer into it.放入啤酒;12、put enough water and two spoons table salt.
放入足够的盐和两勺盐。;13、Bring to boil over high heat, then put it into rice cooker,Turn to medium heat for 40 minutes.
用大火煮滚后,倒入电饭煲,中火煮四十分钟。 ;14、when the water boils away, put a little essence [es?ns]of chicken.
当水分都煮干,加少许鸡精,;and at last the stewed pork leg is finished.
