The paper has an analysis of various factors influencing the disabled teenagers taking the winter physical exercises in the remote region. The results show that the influence factors relate to their degree of education， psychological disorder ， competitive condition， the support from all sectors of society ， and the objective restrictions in family and social environment. In order to advance the development of the disabled teenagers winter sports events in the remote region ， it tries to formulate some effective countermeasures according to these influence factors.
