;“Rebuild Beijing”;High density apartment and office building let real estate company obtain big gain. ;The historic contact and urban fabric are destroyed. This situation causes a widely criticism.
The developers find another way, one hand they also move the people away and another hand they keep the courtyard houses and sell them to rich people more expensive. There is also big argument about this way.
