温督补肾丸治疗强直性脊柱炎（肾阳亏虚型）的临床观察 Clinical efficacy of WenDuBuShen Pill for treating ankylosing spondylitis(AS) Shi Liping(Orthopaedics and Trauma of Traditional Chinese Medicine) Directed by Professor Guo Huiqing Abstract OBJECTIVE: TO study the clinical effect and the safety of WenDuBuShen Pill for treating ankylosing spondylitis(AS) which kindney yang deficiency. This topic in Chinese medicine theory as guidance b efore and a fter treatment in patients with general VAS and BASFI contrast observation. Provide a th eoretical basis for the treatment of the AS. METHOD: Clinic or ward to henan province Chinese medicine hospital rheumatism bone disease ，60 cases of patients with kidney Yang deficiency type AS randomization scheme is designed according to the SAS program ， the object of study can be divided into two g roups ， 30 cases in each group. Treatment group was given wen du kidney pills ， control group given kidney Juan bi pills ， the boiled water a blunt ， 8 g/time ， 3 times/day ， continuous use 3 months. Overall VAS before and after treatment and BASFI contrast obse rvation and statistics analysis ， from the analysis results obtained relevant conclusions. RESULT: Three month after treatment ， two groups of patients in improving the overall function of VAS ， Bath index has obvious curative effect ， curative effect compared to no significant difference between two groups. During treatment the treatment group had 1 case appeared the diagnosis bloated with discomfort ， control group had 2 cases in the diagnosis of swelling in unwell ， the symptom disappeared after symptomatic tr eatment ， no impact on treatment. Review of liver and kidney function after treatment ， all did not appear hepatorenal damage. CONCLUSION: WenDuBuShen Pill AS kidney Yang deficiency type kidney bolus t
