项目管理的主要职责
1.TC Quote Leader;
A. -Establish TC input package for quote;
B. -Integrate EBOM and MBOM;
C. -Integrate Engineering estimate;
D. -Lead relative engineers establish manufacturing assumptions and technical presentation;
E. -Lead TC quote package review in TC quote team;
F. -Deliver TC quote package to quote leader;
2.Project Leader;
A. -Submit Project resources Request;
B. -establish and maintain project plans;
C. -manage the project according to baseline plans;
D. -update task % complete in the Timing Plan;
E. -identify RIO and track corrective actions on Enter Project;
F. -update project metrics in Project Measurement Tool;
G. -manage TC input to Change Log / PIC Log;
H. -present the project status to project team in Project Team Meetings, program team in Program Meetings, TC management in white board meetings;
I. -provide required deliverables for phase reviews;
3.Supplier Management Work Instruction;
A. -compile STSOW/SOW/Engineering Service Contract based on contributions from various team members;
B. -communicate ESER to supplier (cc purchasing);
C. -review action plan proposed by supplier in ESER;
D. -issue GBC Temporary Change to allow supplier to ship non-PSWed parts for production;
4.Product Release Work;
A. -Create Release Notes;
B. -Lead PD team review product release check form;
C. -Export CSR from configuration management system;
D. -Obtain Product Release Check form approval from relevant stakeholders;
E. -Create product release label;
F. -Begin the EBOM process;
G. -Create and submit CN;
5.Warranty Issue Work;
A. -Form a TC warranty team;
B. -Provide the engineering estimates;
C. -Lead to conduct analysis of warranty parts;
D. -Ensure warranty part analysis completed by customer deadlines (if applicable);
E. -Communicate analysis result with Customer/Quality/PM/others;
F. -Track the approval progress of ECR /ECN;
G. -Lead to Develop documents in appropriate system such as VPRS, Customer Specifics, mandated or regulatory forms;
H. -Update BOM;
