2016 年第 12 期 基于演进博弈视角的联合风险投资形成机制研究 杨 昀 （贵州财经大学会计学院， 贵州 贵阳 550005） 摘 要： 以往对联合风险投资形成采取的实证研究方法、 社会网络方法等， 忽视了风险投资家“有限理性” 以及动态博弈 的特征对联合投资形成的影响， 文章采用经济学规范研究方法推导联合投资的形成过程， 改变了以往对创业投资家“完全理 性”、 市场完全、 参与各方同类的设定， 采用了较为新颖的演化博弈方法分析联合投资的形成过程， 总结博弈形成的影响因素、 控制和实际运用 。 通过对演化博弈的分析， 得出结论： 当收益系数越大、 风险越小、 双方知识水平差距越小时， 联合投资越容 易实现。 同时， 研究还提出实践中的可操作化建议。 关键词： 联合风险； 风险投资； 创业投资； 投资机构 中图分类号： F830.59 文献标识码： A 文章编号： 1004 292X（2016 ）12 0020 05 Under the Evolutionary Game Model Joint Venture Formation Reserach YANG Yun （School of Accounting ， Guizhou University of Finance and Economics ， Guiyang Guizhou 550005 ， China ） Abstract ： Previous study of joint venture used empirical research methods and social network methods ， ignoring the venture capi talists bounded rationality and the dynamic game influence the formation of joint investment.
