我国机动车保险理赔时效问题研究

【摘 要】理赔时效作为影响车险业务客户满意度的最重要因素之一，它的时间控制直接影响到财产保险公司
的发展与盈利。文中以某财险江西分公司车险登记系统中实际案件数据为依托，运用最小二乘法、分位数回归以及
双样本检验等方法提取出影响车险理赔时效的重要交量，为提高车险理赔时效提出了有效建议。文中的研究不仅对
于进一步完善车险服务有着重要指导作用，而且对相关服务行业的时效性问题也有很强的借鉴意义。

its time to control directly affects the property insurance companys development and profitability. Tak:ing the Jiangxi branch
of a casualty insurance registration system relying on actual case data using the least squares method , quantile regression and
two-sample tests and other methods to extract important variables that affect the aging of auto insurance claims, auto
insurance clairns to improve the timeliness proposed effective proposals. Research articles not only to further improve the
car insurance service plays an important role in guiding, and issues related to the timeliness of the service indus位y also has a
strong reference.
