It has been found that the per- fonning of this long - tenn care system has achieved the institutionalizing process of long - tenn - care insurance , the socializing process of long - tenn - care service and the diversifying process of service providers , it also helped to establish a long - tenn c缸e 四rvice system with multi -levels. However , the system is also faced wi出 many issues such as the inequitable between guaranteed objects , the un- sustainable of financial resource and the inefficiency of cost control are urgenÙY need to be solved. In view of the practical experiences we gained from Qingdao , it is essential of China to accelerate the de- velopment of a national long - tenn c町e insurance system to dispel worries of people brought by 鸣ing， diseases or invalidism.
