流动人口来京主要成因分析摘 要： 流动人口来京的主要成因包括城市化因素、经济因素、区位因素、文化教育因素和交通设施因素五大方面。从城市化因素来看，北京的城市化进程是流动人口涌入北京的主要拉力，同时又影响着在京流动人口的区域分布；从经济因素来看，北京市经济增长与流动人口规模呈正相关关系，北京市产业结构决定了流动人口数量和结构及其分布；从区位因素来看，首都因素对人口流入的拉力效应明显，来京流动人口主要来自京津冀及环渤海区域，而且北京在全国特大城市中的竞争力也是其吸引人口流入的关键因素；从北京市的文化教育和城市基础设施因素来看，优质教育资源、历史文化名城的吸引力和包容性、全国交通枢纽地位和发达的城市基础设施是流动人口来京的重要推动因素 关键词： 流动人口； 城市化； 经济因素； 产业结构； 京津冀； 环渤海 中图分类号： C924.24文献标识码：A文章编号： 1673-9973(2011)04-0011-07 Cause Analysis of the Floating Population to Beijing HUANG Kuang-shi1 ， GA Ri-da2 (1.Sociology Department， Peking University， Beijing 100871， China； 2. China Institute for Beijing Population Studies， Beijing 100044， China) Abstract: The main driving forces for the floating population to move into Beijing include urbanization， economic growth， location superiority， culture and education as well as convenience of transportation. From the perspective of urbanization， the process of urbanization in Beijing is the main pull for the influx of floating population in Beijing， which affects the regional distribution of the floating population in Beijing. From the economic point of view， there is an statistically positive correlation between economic growth and size of Beijing floating population， while the industrial structure in Beijing determines the size， structure and distribution of the floating population. From the angle of location factor， capital superiority has significant “pull effect”， while most of the floating population in Beijing come from Beijing， Tianjin and the round of Bohai Sea region， and the relatively strong competitiveness of Beijing in all cities of China is the key factor attracting the inflow of floating population. In additional， Beijings cultural inclusive， high-quality educational resources， and well-developed urban infrastructure also are the very important pulling factors for the floating population.
