了解遵守租房协议的重要性；意识到应全面考虑租房中的各种问题。
三、教学步骤
步骤一：Learning of the conversation
让学生讨论图片，以设置会话情景，引入真实情景对话的学习。鼓励学生尽可能多地说出图片中的信息，教师也可做必要提问，如：Where are they? Whats their relationship? What are they talking about? 等引导学生做合理推测。
1. 听录音，跟读对话，理解含义，完成练习Listen and think. Who says it, the apartment manager or the renter?
