发挥第一生产力作用,实时恰当解决进口设备及新建?高端工艺技术问题,建设高效及谐安全水厂【摘要】本文简要介绍了吉林市水务集团有限公司，坚持科学发展观，发挥第一生产力的作用，针对引进法国技术的二水厂扩建工程投产一段时间后进口设备备件不足，技术需要更新换代；新扩建投产的三水厂，国产新工艺主体尚好，部分附属配套工艺仍需改进的问题，集思广益、汇聚民智，积极采用消化吸收法、取而代之法、重点保护法实时进行了进口设备国产化。对三水厂混合器易堵、沉淀集水不均、净水间一些构筑物滋生青苔、空压机储气罐容量小、加氯管线保温、氯气在清水池中反应时间长等问题也进行了一些技术改进，成效可观，确保了这两个水厂高效优质的特点，促进了水务工作的发展。? 【关键词】净化工艺；节能降耗；自动控制；解决对策；进口设备国产化?? (Water(Group)CO.LTD of Jilin cityJilinJilin132011)? 【Abstract】This article introduces briefly that the Jilin Water (Group) CO.LTD insists the scientific development concept and displays the production action of force to resolve appropriately a series of technical problems, such as the problems of the shortage of the import equipments’ spare parts and technical renewing in the extension project of No.2 water plant. In the new expanded No.3 water plant, it exists simultaneously the problems of the main part of the new domestic process remaining well and some of matched necessary crafts still needing to improve .For resolving the forward problems, we adopt opinions from various sources and use the digestion-absorption method, instead method, key protected method to localize the imported equipments.
