4l2 !生! 旦筮 鲞箜 翅 ain Clin JDecember 2007，V01．3．NO．6 ， ． 论 著 ． 经皮腰椎间盘摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症 回顾性分析 裴晓飞 牛爱清 张卫东 董树军 【摘要】 目的 回顾性分析经皮腰椎间盘摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法 98例患 者经临床和CT(或MRI)确诊为腰椎间盘突出症，在x线透视监视下，健侧卧位，经侧后方入路插入 工作套管，摘除髓核。结果 术后随访6个月至3年。6个月总有效率89．79％(88／98例)，显效67 例(68．37％)，有效21例(21．43％)，无效10例(10．20％)；3年总有效率87．76％(86／98例)，显效 69例(70．41％)，有效17例(17．35％)，无效12例(12．24％)。无严重并发症发生。结论 经皮腰 椎间盘摘除术为治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法之一。 【关键词】 腰椎；椎间盘移位；髓核切除术，经皮 The retrospective study of percutaneous lumbar diskectomy for lumbar disc herniation PEI Xiao— fei，NIUAi—qing，ZHANG Wei-dong，et a1．Department．ofRadwlogy and Pain Medicine，The Changzhi North Hospital，Changzhi 046021，China 【Abstract】Objective To retrospectively study the effects of percutaneous lumbar diskectomy on lumb ar disc herniation．Methods 98 patients with lumbar disc herniation confirmed by clinical symptoms and CT(or MRI)imaging．All of operation was performed under X—ray guidance．A working pipe was inserted from posterolateral approch to destroy the disc contents and the nucleus pulposus were extirpated． Results The patients were followed up from 6 months to 3 years after treatment．After 6 months followed up，the overall effective rate Was 89．79％(88／98)，excellent in 67 cases(68．37％)，good in 21 cases (21．43％)and bad in 10 cases(10．20％)．Three years later，the overail effective rate was 87．76％ (86／ 98)，excellent in 69 cases(70．41％)，good in 17 cases(17．35％)and bad in 12 cases(12．24％)．There were no serious complications．Conclusion Percutaneous lumb ar diskectomy is one of the effective method for the treatment of lumb ar disc herniation． 【Key words】 Lumbar Vertebrae；Intervertebral Disc Displacement；Nucleotomy，Percutaneous 经皮腰椎间盘摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症在国 突连线至皮肤的交点，再测棘突到交点的距离为棘 内已
