实用临床医学 2007年第8卷第12期 PracticalClinical Medicine，2007，Vol 8，No12 · 23 · 我校新生乙型肝炎病毒感染情况分析与对策 杨 丽 (连云港师范高等专科学校医院内科，江苏连云港 222006) 摘要：目的：了解本校新生乙型肝炎病毒感染状况，为有针对性地制定防治对策提供科学依据。方法：对本校 2002~2005年入学新生进行 HBsAg检测及 AI T检测，并将结果进行统计分析。结果：新生 HBsAg阳性率 4．23 ～5、20 ，有逐年下降趋势；男生 HBsAg阳性率明显高于女生(PO．O1)，农村的新生 HBsAg阳性率明显 高于城镇新生(PO、01)；乙肝病毒感染模式以“大三阳”和“小三阳”为主。结论：入学新生HBsAg检测及ALT检 测的结果反映其乙型肝炎病毒感染和免疫状况，是制定乙肝防治对策和提升学生保健服务的重要依据。 关键词：肝炎病毒，乙型；学生保健服务 中图分类号：R512．62 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1009—8194(2007)12—0023—02 The Analysis and Solutions of the Infectious of Hepatitis B in New Students of Our College YANG Li (Department of Internal Medicine，Hospital of L 口扎 扎g口扎g Teacher’S College， L 挖 扎g口扎g 222006，China) Abstract：Objective：To Find out the infectious conditions hepatitis B virus in the new students in teacher’S college．So that it could provide scientific basis for making precaution strategy．Meth— ods：The HBsAg and ALT for new students from 2002 to 2005 were determined and then the re— sults of were analyzed．Results：Positive of HBsAg rate was 5．20 ～4．23 in new students，it showed a decreasing tendency year by year．From the comparison and distinction of HBsAg，the positive rate in boys was higher than that in the girl students obviously(P0．0 1)．The positive rate of HBsAg in the students from villages was higher than that in the students from cities and towns obviously(PO．01)．The pattern of hepatitis B virus infection was mainly“Big three posi— tive and Small three positive”．Conclusion：The result of new student’S HBsAg testing reflects the situations of hepatitis B virus infection and immunity，which is the important basis of making hepatitis B precaution strategy and improving student’S health service．
