The results found that: 1. Universities basketball coach leadership behavior, can be divided into five dimensions, including coaching, autocratic behavior, democratic behavior, caring behavior, reward behavior. Here are five facets to the coaching the highest score. 2. College Basketball players involved in motivation can be divided into five dimensions, including show themselves, technical requirements, personal interest, team sports, space equipment. Here are five facets to the highest score of personal interest. 3. Universities basketball player team cohesion can be divided into three dimensions, including teamwork, interpersonal affinity, team to adapt. In this three dimensions in order to adapt to the team, the highest rating. 4. The difference between the three universities factors basketball coach leadership behavior, the players involved in motivation and team cohesion scenario: (1) Universities basketball coach leadership behavior scale of each sub-level variables will feel a significant difference; the extent of five levels of experience with the highest degree of feeling coaching and reward behavior level. (2) Universities basketball players involved in motivation scale of each sub-level variables will feel a significant difference; the degree of feelings five levels of consciousness to the highest degree of personal interest level.
