Finally, according to the National Natural Science Foundations 11th Five-Year development strategy, the strategies and suggestions for the National Natural Science Fund in the future are proposed. The National Natural Science Foundation of China is one of the most important channels for the study of management science and Engineering in China. Its funding plays a very important role in promoting the development of management science and engineering discipline in china. Management Department of National Natural Science Fund Committee (hereinafter referred to as management science) put forward the guiding ideology of management science and engineering disciplines in the 11th Five-Year period is: to encourage research based on theory and method of Chinese management practice, encourage the successful experience of China management practice for refining management theory and methods, to encourage exploration in the frontier the subject of innovation in theory and methods, to encourage some research results published in international journals.
