Roles, types and implications of team members
To be useful, says that people in social activities in the process, everyone will have their own value and contribution. In fact, the members of the team are even more so.
International organizations have conducted in-depth and fruitful research on team roles from the perspective of team members character and ability, and summarized team roles into eight types. The following authors will analyze these eight types of roles, and talk about what kind of intentional inspiration the type of team role brings to us.
First, the eight types of team roles
From the perspective of team members character and behavior, team members can be divided into the following eight types (see below):
The following eight parts are briefly analyzed from the following aspects: role description, typical features, role, advantages and disadvantages.
(1) doers
Role description: doers are very realistic, traditional and even a little conservative. They advocate hard work and strong planning. He likes to solve problems in a systematic way; doer has good self-control and discipline. High level of loyalty to the team, the overall interests of the team, and less personal interests.
Typical features: a sense of responsibility, efficiency, discipline, but more conservative.
Role: because of its reliability, efficiency, and ability to handle specific tasks, it has a great impact on the team; the doer does not work according to the individuals interests, but according to the needs of the team.
Advantages: organizational, pragmatic, able to translate ideas into practical actions, work hard, and be disciplined.
Disadvantages: lack of flexibility may hinder change.
(2) coordinator
Role description: a coordinator can guide a group of people with different skills and personalities to work toward a common goal. They represent maturity, confidence and trust, and are objective and without personal bias. Besides authority, there is an individual cha
