企业能源审计分析及对工业节能的启示

(吉林市能源利用监测中心)
摘要通过能源审计反映出企业在能源管理方面的薄弱环节，尤其是能源计量和能源统计
等基础工作中存在的共性问题。这些问题影响着工业企业的能源计划、消耗定额考核和节能
效果评价的准确性和可靠性，同时，也给政府主管部门掌握企业能源利用状况带来障碍，甚
至导致辖区工业系统能源统计出现误差。增加了政府对节能评估、规划、调控和落实节能目
标的不确定性。文章通过对若干能源审计案例的分析，提出加强工业企业能源计量和能源统
计管理的几点设想和建议。
