中速柴油机燃用低质混合油的试验研究

摘 要：在一台中速柴油机上进行了轻柴油和低质混合油的动力性能试验，通过对缸内压力曲线
的分析，对比研究了轻柴油和低质混合油的缸内燃烧情况；比较了两种喷油嘴参数对应的柴油机
动力性能；研究了燃油温度对低质混合油动力性能的影响。结果表明，采用原机喷油嘴，与燃用
轻柴油相比，燃用低质混合油时，在中低负荷条件下，燃烧压升率变大，最高燃烧压力升高；高
负荷条件下，缸内最高燃烧压力有所降低；采用喷孔数及喷孔直径均增加的新喷油嘴后，在各个
工况下燃用低质混合油时的最高燃烧压力比燃用轻柴油时的高；随燃油温度升高，缸内燃烧压力
升高，但燃油温度升高到一定限值后，动力性能下降。
