597例住院颅脑损伤患者流行病学调查 李季林，盛罗平 ，陈仁辉，陆林其，陈雪林，陈华，顾泉，宁刚，丁建 （复旦大学附属中山医院青浦分院神经外科，20170） 目的探讨青浦区颅脑创伤的发生规律和临床特点，为制定预防和干预措施提供科学依据。 方法 收集2012年青浦区颅脑创伤患者的年龄、性别、受伤时间、文化程度、职业、受伤原因、伤情、治疗方法、并发症、治疗费用和治疗效果等临床资料进行前瞻性分析。 结果 共收集颅脑创伤资料597例，男女之比2.69：1。平均年龄38.35±20.35岁。20-59岁占总数的70.85%。农民是颅脑创伤最高发病人群，其次为：工人和学生。交通事故发生率最高占(79.56%)，受伤者主要为电瓶车和摩托车占65.54%。文化程度是中学发病率最高占49.41%，其次为小学占32.33%。颅脑创伤的发生高峰时间在5、7、8、10、12月份；一天之内7-9点钟、16-18点钟是两个发病高峰期；一周内周五，周六，周日发病率最高。颅脑创伤合并伤涉及皮肤骨骼最多占14.79%。不同类型颅脑创伤程度与GOS预后具有显著性差异(X2=6739.53， P0.001)。结论 颅脑创伤的发生，在年龄、性别、时间、文化程度、职业、地点、受伤原因及治疗等分布上存在一定的规律性，根据不同人群的特点，可采取一定预防和干预措施。以利颅脑创伤的预防和控制颅脑交通伤的发生。 [关键词] 交通伤；颅脑创伤；流行病学 [中图分类号] R651.15 [文献标识码]：A The epidemiology of 597 cases traumatic brain injury of hospitalized patients LI Ji-lin,SHENG Luo-ping, CHEN Ren-hui,et al.Department of Neurosurgey, Qingpu Branch of Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University,Shanghai 201700,China Objective To investigate the incidence of traumatic brain injury, Qingpu District, regularity and clinical characteristics for the development of prevention and intervention measures to provide a scientific basis.
