Job responsibilities:

Job requirements:
1, the age of 22-40 years old, men and women unlimited;
2 、 Bachelor degree or above, graduate education, human resources, psychology, management, sociology, statistics and other related majors;
3 、 more than 2 years working experience in human resources related position;
4 、 familiar with 1-2 modules of human resource system at least, have strong statistical analysis ability;
5. Human resource project operation management experience is preferred;
6 、 above major, excellent graduate student can consider;
7, treatment is preferential.
Job content:
1, participate in the preparation of the companys annual employee recruitment plan
2, participate in the preparation of the companys annual staff training plan
3. Organize staff recruitment
4 、 responsible for staff training
Qualifications:
1, senior undergraduate undergraduate students, major in human resources, male preferred;
2, have certain recruitment and training related knowledge;
3, familiar with labor law, labor contract law and other labor related laws and regulations;
4. HR experience is preferred;
