心血管介入术后20例血管迷走反射临床研究及护理对策【摘要】 目的探讨心血管介入术后血管迷走反射的原因及护理措施，降低其发生率，提高抢救成功率。方法 对心血管介入术后20例血管迷走反射的一般资料、原因、发生时间分布情况及抢救过程进行分析。结果 20例中，18例为股动脉穿刺者，2例为桡动脉穿刺者。均发生于拔除动脉鞘管后压迫期间，经适当减轻局部压迫压力，快速静脉输液、静脉注射阿托品、多巴胺等措施后19例症状很快缓解并稳定，1例出现症状反复，经积极有效抢救后症状逐渐缓解。结论心血管介入术前及拔除鞘管前后做好充分准备，拔除鞘管后密切观察病情及时发现并采取正确的抢救措施，可有效预防血管迷走反射的发生，提高抢救成功率。 【关键词】心血管介入术；血管迷走反射；护理措施 Clinic analysis and Nursing policy on 20 cases of Cardio vascular vagal reactions Post-PCI QIAN Bao-juan.Department of cardiovasology,Yanchen No.1 Peoples Hospital 【Abstract】 Objective Probe into cardiovascular to get involved postoperative blood vessel fan leave reason and nursing measure that reflect，reduce its incidence，raise and rescue success rate.Methods Tto cardiovascular to get involved postoperative 20 blood vessel fan walk general materials，reason that reflect，take place time distribution situation and rescue course analyze.Results Of 20，18 are puncture person of arteria femoralis，2 are puncture person of radial artery。Take place on artery sheath oppression in charge of，of pulling out，through appropriate to lighten part oppress the pressure，19 cases relieved and stable quickly after measures such as fast intravenous infusion，intravenous injection atropine，dopamine，etc.an example presents symptom repeatedly，symptom is relieved gradually after through rescuing positively effectively.Conclusion Cardiovascular to get involved skill and pull out sheath make adequate preparations in charge of，pull out sheath observe condition find and take the correct rescue measure in time closely in charge of can prevent blood vessel fan from leave emergence that reflect effectively，improve success rate of rescuing. 【Key words】Get involved in the skill cardiovascularly；Blood vessel fan go and reflect；Nursing measure 近年来，随着医学技术的发展，介入术作为诊治心血管疾病的一项重要技术应用越来越广泛，部分患者患者术后出现血管迷走反射，严重威胁着患者患者的生命安全。现将我科2003年1月至2008年9月心血管介入术后20例血管迷走反射的临床特点分析如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料 我科2003年至1月至2008年9月共实 施心血管介入术1356例，术后发生血管迷走反射共20例，其中18例发生于经股动脉穿刺者，约占本科股动脉穿刺术者5.
