Methods 106 cases of oocytes were divided into two groups, 53 cases in the experimental group received psychological nursing, Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Jiao Yaping effect peri operative psychological nursing score, 53 patients in control group received routine nursing of oocyte retrieval, the anxiety degree of two groups and some physiological changes as the index. Results the anxiety level of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group. The mean change of blood pressure and heart rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group. The degree of muscle tension in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group. Conclusion psychological nursing can reduce the anxiety before and after the oocyte retrieval, improve the operation tolerance, increase the patients trust and nursing satisfaction, and make the perioperative nursing more humanized and scientific.
