低温甲醇洗装置流程简述(Low temperature methanol washer process description) 1. Brief description of the process of cryogenic methanol washing device: 1. Change the washing and pre-cooling of gas The transformation gas from the transformation process is first entered into the ammonia washing tower (C2407). The most ammonia in the gas is washed down by the boiler feed water, and the washing wastewater is used to process the carbon monoxide transformation process D2307. After washing the transformation from the recycle gas compressor and gas (K2401) and the cooler (E2402) cooling cycle of mixed gas, mixed gas injection of a small amount of methanol, to prevent the process gas water vapor freezes at low temperature. The process gas into the gas cooler E2401A after spray and E2401B shell side, respectively and purify air and exhaust gas to heat transfer, process gas gas temperature drop to - 20 ℃ or so, and then into the transformation gas/methanol water separator (D2401), the separation of methanol and water. The gas from the separator enters the bottom of the methanol washing tower (C2401), and the separated condensate is sent to the methanol dewatering tower (C2405) for the distillation and purification of methanol. 2. The removal of CO2 and H2S in the raw material gas Into methanol washing tower shift gas treating bottom-up and top-down countercurrent contact, the methanol solution of removal of H2S + COS of feed gas and CO2 respectively, finally in gas purification for methanol washing tower top out to 55 ℃, and in the gas CO2, H2S and COS removal to control indicators (content is about 2% of CO2 and H2S + COS 0.1 PPM). Then the purified gas/methanol heat exchanger (E2403), gas cooler (E2401A) heat transfer to 30 ℃ or so, after pressure 3.1 MPa to hydrogen purification process further refined purified.
