中医治疗慢性胆囊炎50例疗效研究【摘要】目的:研究利用中医治疗的方法来对慢性胆囊炎进行临床疗效。方法:对我院2008年5月-2010年5月所收治的180例慢性胆囊炎患者，通过抽样选择的方法来选出100例慢性胆囊炎患者，并将其划分为治疗组与对照组，每组各有50例。对治疗组采用中医治疗的方法，对对照组则采用西医治疗的方法，二者进行观察治疗比较。结果:进行中医治疗的治疗组的治愈率为62.38%，总的治疗有效率为93.86%；进行西药治疗的对照组的治愈率为40.26%，总的治疗有效率为71.33%。通过观察治疗比较得出，进行中医治疗的治疗组明显优于进行西药治疗的对照组，治疗组与对照组之间的差异存在统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论:利用中医方治疗的方法来对慢性胆囊炎进行治疗有独特的、良好的临床效果。 【关键词】中医治疗；西医治疗；慢性胆囊炎；疗效分析 Chinese medicine treatment chronic cholecystitus 50 example curative effect analysis Tang Chuanqian 【Abstract】Goal: The research comes using the Chinese medicine treatment’s method to the chronic cholecystitus to carry on the clinical curative effect. Method: 180 example chronic cholecystitus patient who in May, 2008 - May, 2010 admits to my courtyard, selects 100 example chronic cholecystitus patient through the sampling choice’s method, and divides it into the treatment group and the control group, each group has 50 examples respectively. To treats the group to use the Chinese medicine treatment the method, uses the method which to the control group the doctor practicing western medicine treats, two carry on the observation treatment comparison.
