Result: The normal constitution in healthy nurses were in the majority (56.4%) while sub-healthy and morbid nurses were in minority(12.8%,28.2%) .Biased constitution in healthy nurses were in the minority(43.6%) while among sub-healthy and morbid nurses were in majority(87.2%,71.8%). There are significant difference between the normal constitution and the biased constitution(χ2 =47.168，P0.000). The logistic regression models of TCM constructions and the healthy nurses had statistical significance (P0.01).In the model, the blood stasis constitution was negatively correlated with the healthy nurses, while normal constitution was positively correlated. The logistic regression models of TCM constructions and the sub-healthy nurses had statistical significance (P0.01).In the model, the blood stasis constitution and qi depression constitution were negatively correlated with the sub-healthy nurses.Conclusion: The majority of healthy people were in a peace constitution, as well as sub-health groups and morbid groups in biased constitution,
