RegⅠα蛋白表达及原发性胃癌发展过程病理特性及相关性探究[摘要]目的 探讨RegⅠα蛋白表达与原发性胃癌发展过程的病理特性和相关性。方法 收集本院胃癌标本138例，设胃癌组和癌旁正常黏膜组，采用免疫组化观察RegⅠα蛋白在原发胃癌的表达，并对2年原发性胃癌患者生存率进行分析。结果 与对照组比，胃癌RegⅠα 阳性率为64.1 %；早期胃癌和进展期胃癌Reg I α 表达无差异，但Borrmann IV RegⅠα 阳性表达强于其他分期；阳性主要集中在胃窦；印戒细胞癌阳性表达较高；淋巴细胞转移与血行转移 Reg I α 阳性表达较高；临床分期、分化程度与RegⅠα表达有关，与年龄、性别、肿瘤位置、肿瘤大小无关。胃癌患者RegⅠα 蛋白表达阴性的2年生存率为84.9 %。结论RegⅠα可作为评价胃癌预后的参考指标。 [关键词] 原发性胃癌；RegⅠα蛋白；免疫组化 [中图分类号]R735.2 [文献标识码] A[文章编号] 1673-9701（2011）20-01-03 Expression of RegⅠα Protein and Pathologic Feature in Developing of Primary Gastric Cancer DAI Weili1 HUANG Yan2HONG Huanping3 1.Department of Pathology， Zhejiang Province Tumour Hospital，Hangzhou310022，China；2.Department of Pathology，Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine，Hangzhou 310009， China ；3.Zhejiang University School of Medicine，Hangzhou 310058， China [Abstract] Objective To investigate the expression of RegⅠα protein in gastric carcinoma， and explore its correlations to clinic pathologic features and prognosis of gastric cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to reveal the expression of RegⅠα protein in 138 speciments of primary gastric carcinomas and corresponding normal tissues collected from gastric cancer patients enrolled in our hospital. The correlations of RegⅠα protein to clinic pathologic features and prognosis of gastric carcinoma and 2-year survival rate in the patients were analyzed. Results 64.1% patients showed a positive Reg I α protein. Early gastric cancer and advanced cancer Reg I α expression was not different， but Reg I α expression in Borrmann IV is higher than other stages. RegⅠα expression was mainly in the antrum. RegⅠα protein expression in signet ring cell carcinoma was significantly stronger than in other types of tumor. The patients with RegⅠα protein-positive had a significantly higher rate in lymphatic metastasis and venous invasion. RegⅠα expression was irrelevant with age， sex， tumor location， tumor size.
