改良外剥内扎术治疗混合痔80例临床观察[摘要]目的 提高环状混合痔的临床疗效，减少术后并发症。方法 采用混合痔痔上动脉结扎内扎外切创口整形缝闭根治术治疗环状混合痔80例（治疗组），并以传统外痔剥离、内痔结扎术治疗80 例作比较（对照组）。结果 治愈率治疗组为93.75%，对照组为80%；平均愈合时间治疗组为（14.50±3.72）d，对照组为（20.72 ±3.43）d；肛管狭窄发生率治疗组为3.75%，对照组17.5%。影响直肠肛门反射而使其减弱或消失的百分率，治疗组为16.25 %，对照组为55.0%。经统计学处理，两组各方面疗效均有显著性差异（P＜0.01），治疗组明显优于对照组。结论 混合痔痔上动脉结扎内扎外切创口整形缝闭根治术治疗，提高了环状混合痔的临床疗效，减少了术后并发症。 [关键词] 改良外剥内扎术；混合痔；临床观察 [中图分类号] R657.18[文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-9701（2009）12-52-02 Clinical Observation of Reforming Ex-strip Intra-prick Opreation in Treatment of Mixed Hemorroids ZENG Hang The Geriatrics Hospital of Yunnan Province，Kunming 650011 [Abstract] Objective To elevate crico-mixed hemorrhoids clinc therapeutic effect，reduce post-operative complication. Results Cure rate of therapy group was 93.75%，cure rate of control group was 80%，average heal time of therapy group was （14.50±3.72） days，control groupwas （20.72±3.43） days，rate of stricture of anal canal therapy group was 3.75%， control group was 17.5%，to effect anorectum reflex and to cause it weaken or obsolescent，therapy group was 16.25%，control group was 55.0%.Through statistical treatment，two groups therapeutic effect had significant difference（P＜0.01），therapy group was superior to control group.
