昌邑市农村家庭聚餐食品安全状况调查及管理对策探究【摘要】目的:为摸清我市农村家庭聚餐的卫生状况,并对其管理对策进行分析提出建议。方法:培训调查员,以辖区内6个镇自行申报的236户次家庭聚餐活动为调查对象,由调查员现场进行调查并填写统一印制的表格进行调查,对农村家庭聚餐的卫生状况存在的问题进行探讨和分析。结果:农村家庭聚餐存在许多引起食物中毒和食源性疾病的隐患。卫生设施不全,条件简陋,布局不合理,餐具无消毒,从业人员无健康证上岗,食品安全意识不强,卫生习惯差,原料采购无索证索票,生熟食品混放等。结论:应建立健全各负其责、多方联动、密切配合的食品安全监管机制,逐步建立和完善农村家庭聚餐申报制度,开展预防食物中毒的宣传和培训,并制定可行的突发公共卫生事件应急预案。 【关键词】农村家庭聚餐;食品安全;对策探析 Changyi rural family dinner the food security situation in the investigation and management of Countermeasures Qi Feng-you,LI Zhi-jun ,Zhang Luen Tang,SunHong-Bo (Center for Disease Control and Prevention Changyi City, Shandong, Weifang,261300)? 【Abstract】 Objective:To fingd out the sanitary condition of rural family dinner,then analysis its management measures and provide suggestions. Metherds:Trainingsurvey members and treatting self-declaration rural family dinner activities from 236 families of 6 towns as statistical respondents, questionnaire surveies were conducted and questionairewere filled outby survey membersto discuss and analysis the existing sanitary problems in rural family dinner activities.Results: There are many existing hidden troublescaused food poisoning and food-borne diseases existing in the rural family dinner activities.Such as health facilities incompleted,rough conditions, tableware non-disinfected,employees without health certificates posts,safety consciousness indifferent,poor hygienic habits,purchasing of raw materials without demanding certificates and tickets,raw and cooked foods mixed and so on.Conclusion:The food safety regulatory mechanism of assuming one’s respective responsibilities,multi-linkage and close coordination should be establishedand perfected.
