某科研单位职工健康体检高血压、高血脂、高血糖检出情况研究及对策[摘要] 目的：分析科研人员血压、血糖和血脂的检测情况并提出相应的保健对策。方法：将某科研院所职工773例作为研究对象，并按照年龄分为三组，青年组（20～35岁）、中年组（36～59岁）、老年组（≥60岁），分析了各个年龄组的高血压、高血脂和高血糖的检出情况。结果：本次调查高血压检出率为19.7%，高血脂检出率为20.4%，高血糖检出率为6.3%。统计学分析显示，年龄差异显著，青年组＜中年组＜老年组。结论：科研人群高血压、高血糖及血脂异常情况不容乐观， 应加强其血压、血糖和血脂定期检测，积极开展健康教育， 养成健康生活方式。 [关键词] 高血压；高血脂；高血糖 [中图分类号]R443 [文献标识码] B[文章编号] 1673-7210（2009）01（b）-130-02 Analysis of the status of hypertension, hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia among research personnel and related health care strategy DING Ming-yu1, WANG Fei-fei2 (1.Medical Clinic, Chinese Research Academy of Environmental Sciences, Beijing 100012, China; 2.Center of Environmental Pollution and Health, Chinese Research Academy of Environmental Sciences, Beijing 100012, China) [Abstract] Objective: To explore the status of hypertension, hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia in research personnel and then take related health care strategy. Methods: We selected 773 research workers as samples of an academy and divided into three groups by age（youngster，middle-aged, the aged）,then analyzed the examination results of blood pressure, blood glucose and lipids. Results: The detection rates of hypertension，hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia were 19.7%, 20.4% and 6.3%, respectively. The result showed that detection rates were increased with the age increasing. Conclusion: Paying more attention to the healthy examination, reinforcing the health education and intervention, changing the unhealthylifestyle, will have a significant effect to improve the healthy level of the research personnel.
