经尿道汽化切割并电切治疗良性前列腺增生178例临床研究【摘要】目的：探讨良性前列腺增生症(BPH)的有效治疗方法。方法：对178例BPH行TUVP 结合TURP术。结果：手术时间40～130 min，平均67 min；5例发生轻度TURS，3例术中输血，术后平均拔管时间为4.4d(1~6d)，术后随访3～36个月，国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）由术前(32.4±3.8)分降至术后的(7.3±1.8)分(P0.01)，最大尿流由术前(6.3±1.4)ml/s升至术后的(20.2±2.5)ml/s(P0.01)。结论：TUEVP和TURP联合治疗BPH，并发症少，安全性高，患者康复快，疗效显著是治疗BPH 值得选择的方法。 【关键词】良性前列腺增生症；经尿道前列腺电切术；经尿道前列腺汽化术 文章编号：1009-5519（2008）05-0648-02 中图分类号：R6 文献标识码：A Combined use of transurethral vaporization of prostate and transurethral resection of prostate for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia :A report of 178 cases WANG Yao-dong （Department of Urology，The Central Hospital of Mianyang，Sichuan 621000，China） 【Abstract】Objective：To evaluate the effect of combined use of transurethral vaporization of prostate(TUVP) and transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP) in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).
