认知护理干预对胃镜受检患者影响探究【中图分类号】R47 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672－3783(2011)10－0244－01 【摘要】目的 探讨认知护理干预对胃镜受检者心理、生理状态以及痛苦程度的影响。方法 选择某医院消化内科2007年10月～2008年4月间接受胃镜检查的患者60例，随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，对照组给予一般检查前通知和检查后相关注意事项的宣教，观察组则由专人实施全程的针对性的认知护理，分别于检查前和检查后填写问卷调查和焦虑状态自评量表（SAS），同时观察两组生理心理相关指标(焦虑值、血压、脉搏)的变化，并于胃镜检查后评价两组的痛苦分级程度。结果 通过对胃镜受检者实施针对性的认知护理干预，观察组的焦虑值和血压明显低于对照组,在痛苦程度上干预效果较佳。结论 认知护理干预能够有效帮助患者缓解不良的心理反应，减轻胃镜受检者的焦虑情绪，减少痛苦体验程度。 【关键词】认知护理 胃镜检查 Cognitive nursing intervention for patients with endoscopy impact study subjects Zhang Xian 【Abstract】Objective Full awareness of nursing research subjects gastroscopy psychological, physiological state and the degree of suffering.
