Quality control regulations caused white blood cell uncontrol in blood analyzing ?MA Cheng-bi，LUO Qian-yuan，ZHANG Jian.Tongjiang People?s Hospital of Sichuan Province，Tongjiang 636700，China?? 【Abstract】 Objective Quality control under the existing rules, to analyze the instruments of control of quality control.Methods The whole blood in the apparatus of product undergraduate was measured as required and calculation of the mean and the conventional determination standard deviation.Results Levey - jennings quality control of the law and rules and regulations more westhard, quality control was out of control,the problem in actual practice and could not be solved.Conclusion There is no quality control and precision apparatus and electronic information technology, the instrument in the analysis of quality control off sex, rules need to adjust.? 【Key words】 White blood cell； Quality control； Target value； Uncontrol? doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2012.06.080 ?? 质量控制是检验日常工作中的重中之重，但随着检验技术的迅速发展、仪器的普及、医生和患者对检验质量的要求的提高，检验科血液室如何保证检查质控的可靠、结果的可信，全血质控成了整个检验过程中提供质量保证的最有效的手段??［1］?。但质控结果与质量控制规则中出现的一些不相匹配的问题日益突出??［2，3］?，对普通的检验人员来说，无权修改现行的质控规则，也不能更改仪器的程序。现将笔者工作中遇到的这类问题进行总结，希望引起相关专家的重视并提出确实可靠的整改措施??［4］?。? 1 材料与方法 1.1 试剂 迈瑞公司生产的配套全血检测试剂。 1.2 质控品 由四川省临床检验中心提供，批号090920。 1.3 仪器 BC1800血球仪，仪器白细胞最低检出限为?0.1×?10?9/L。 1.4 方法 根据质控品说明要求，将质控品从4 ℃~8 ℃冰箱取出平衡15 min后，上下颠倒8次，直立旋转20次，用仪器按笔者所在科室常规标本测定方法检测。计算出白细胞平均值和标准差。? 2 结果? 连续20天白细胞的检测结果见表1。 3 讨论? 由于本次检测可以看出白细胞的标准差0.122，2倍标准差和3倍标准差的警戒线在质控图上可以画出，但仪器检测的数据却只能保留小数点后一位数，如果仪器检出结果处在三倍标准差范围的5.75与5.771之间时，仪器会自动把数据处理为5.8，数据在5.049与5.039之间时，仪器会自动处理数据为5.0。根据Levey-Jennings质控图法和Westhard多规则质控图法，此时的结果应定为仪器失控??［5］?。按现行质控规则，对失控情况的出现，就得停止发
