消防人員知覺組織支持與服務導向組織公民行為關係之研究 -以為The Study on the Relationship between Perceived Organizational Support and Service-Oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Firemen-as a Mediator 吳肇展 段雅馨2 黃雅婷2 謝宇謙2 林媺惠2 Chao-Chan Wu Ya-Hsin Tuan Ya-Ting Huang Yu-Chien Hsieh Mei-Huei Lin 1崇右技術學院國際企業系 2崇右技術學院企業管理Department of International Business, Department of Business Administration, Chungyu Institute of Technology Chungyu Institute of Technology 摘要 本研究以大台北地區之員為對象,探討員知覺組織支持、組織承諾及服務導向組織公民行為間之關係,檢視組織承諾在知覺組織支持與服務導向組織公民行為之間的中介效果。研究結果發現,員知覺組織支持對組織承諾有顯著的正向影響,組織承諾對服務導向組織公民行為有顯著的正向影響,組織承諾在知覺組織支持與服務導向組織公民行為具有顯著的中介效果,意即可藉由知覺組織支持,提升員組織承諾,進而增加員服務導向組織公民行為。最後,根據研究結果提出結論與建議。關鍵詞:員、服務導向組織公民行為、知覺組織支持、組織承諾Abstract The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship among perceived organizational support, organizational commitment, and service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior of firemen in the area of Taipei. In other words, it is to examine the median effect of organizational commitment between perceived organizational support and service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior. Empirical results indicate that perceived organizational support of firemen is significantly positive related to organizational commitment of firemen. Organizational commitment of firemen is significantly positive related to service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior of firemen. That is, there is a significant median effect of organizational commitment between perceived organizational support and service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior. It means that the manager of fire bureau can use perceived organizational support to raise organizational commitment and further to promote service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior of firemen. Some implications and suggestions will be offered for the manager of fire bureau based on the empirical results. Keywords: Fireme
