浅析项目组织边界管理(Analysis of project organization boundary management) Abstract: in the process of project development, project organizations develop and use various means to effectively integrate differences based on knowledge and function, and establish a unified goal and strive to achieve. Among them, there is a wealth of border management thought. This paper analyzes the boundary attribute and its function of the constituent elements of the project organization boundary, so as to explore the practical reference significance for the construction of the project organization and the implementation of project management. Key words: project management; organizational boundaries; equipment acquisition The project is a contradictory entity which combines difference and identity. To coordinate and solve this problem, it is the first task of project management to construct project organization. There are many literatures about the project organization, but there is not much research on the organization, coordination, mode, position and improvement of the project organization boundary. This article from the United States Advanced Tactical Fighter (ATF) F-22 Project Management Trajectory started, preliminary analysis of the project organization boundary, in order to construct the project organization and provide useful reference for implementation of project management. 1 Basic Theory 1.1 organizational boundary theory analysis Scott, an American sociologist, first proposed the concept of organizational boundaries in 1964. He thought that organizations had relatively fixed boundaries [1]. The concept of boundaries implies that the organization exists in certain circumstances. In the process of mutual exchange of the organization and the environment, the boundary is a foreign play a protective role in the internal order and design, it is used as a kind of means, make the organization plays a role in coordination with other organizations.
