静脉高氧液治疗对颅脑损伤患者预后影响【摘要】 目的 探讨静脉高氧液治疗对颅脑损伤患者预后的影响。方法 将126例颅脑损伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组各63例。对照组按脑损伤常规治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予高氧液治疗；分别观察两组治疗前、治疗后的血氧饱和度（SpO2）、神经功能缺损情况，观察两组1周内的死亡率。结果 治疗第1 d、3 d、7 d观察组患者的SpO2显著优于对照组（P均＜0.01）；治疗第7 d神经功能缺损的改善明显著优于对照组（P＜0.01）；观察组1周内死亡率显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 静脉高氧液治疗能提高颅脑损伤患者的血氧饱和度，促进患者神经功能的恢复，降低死亡率，改善患者的预后。 【关键词】 颅脑损伤；静脉高氧液；预后 文章编号：1003-1383(2012)04-0458-03 中图分类号：R 651.1+50.5 文献标识码：A doi:10.3969/j.issn.1003-1383.2012.04.002 Effect of venous hyperoxia liquid on the prognosis of patients with traumatic brain injury LU Dongwen,LU Xiaoni,LUO Qianying (Dpartment of Neurosurgery,the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical Colleege for Nationalities,Baise 533000,Guangxi,China.) 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of venous hyperoxia liquid on the prognosis of patients with traumatic brain injury. Methods 126 cases with traumatic brain injury were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 63 cases in each group.The control group was given the conventional brain injury treatment,while the observation group was given the venous hyperoxia liquid treatment on the basis of conventional treatment.The oxygen saturation (SpO2) and the neurologic impairment of the two groups were observed both before and after the treatment. The mortality rates of both groups were recorded within one week. Results In the treatment of the first day,third day and seventh day, the SpO2 of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.01). The improvement of the neurologic impairment for the observation group was also better than that of the control group(P＜0.01).Within one week,the observation group had lower mortality rate than the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion The venous hyperoxia liquid can improve the SpO2,promote the recovery of nerve function,reduce the mortality rate and improve the prognosis for patients with the traumatic brain injury. 【Key words】 traumatic brain injury;venous hyperoxia liquid;progn
