微波联合药物治疗霉菌性阴道炎【中图分类号】R711.31【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-6383-（2010）12-0031-02 【摘要】霉菌性阴道炎是女性阴道炎中最常见的一种，多发生于青春期到绝经期前的妇女。由于其疗程长，治疗方法局限，临床治疗效果不明显，复发率比较高，困扰着妇女们的日常生活。临床常用治疗方法包括全身药物治疗和局部药物治疗。药物治疗存在疗程较长，副作用大的缺点，患者自觉生活受到严重干扰。微波作为物理治疗方法之一，利用一定功率的微波破坏霉菌的内部结构，抑制其生长和繁殖；同时改善局部血液循环，促进病理产物的吸收和消散。本文引用最近的临床研究实验来说明微波结合药物治疗霉菌性阴道炎的高效性及安全性。经过临床实践、对疗效的观察分析，证实微波结合药物治疗霉菌性阴道炎可明显提高治疗效果，缩短疗程，降低复发率。 【关键词】微波；药物；联合治疗；霉菌性阴道炎 Microwave union pharmacological treatment mycotic vaginitis Ding Jing 【Abstract】he mycotic vaginitis is in the feminine vaginitis the most common one kind， occurs in the puberty to the menopause ahead of time woman. Because its treatment course is long， the method of treatment limitation， the clinical care effect is not obvious， the recurrence rate is quite high， is puzzling women’s daily life. Clinical commonly used method of treatment including whole body pharmacological treatment and topical remedy treatment. The pharmacological treatment existence treatment course is long， the side effect big shortcoming， the patient on own initiative lives receives the significant disturbance. The microwave one of as physical therapy methods， the use certain power’s microwave destruction mold’s internal structure， suppresses its growth and the reproduction； Simultaneously improves the partial blood circulation， the promotion pathology product absorption and the dissipation. This article quotes the recent clinical research experiment to show microwave union pharmacological treatment mycotic vaginitis’s highly effective and the security.
