·2259 · ·全科医生技能发展 · 泪 小 点 唇 黏 膜 成 型 术 在 临 床 的 应 用 冯广忠 , 白 洁 　　 【摘要 】　目的　探讨泪小点唇黏膜成型术治疗泪小点缺失的临床效果 。方法 　12 例下睑肿物患者于肿物切除后 行 自体唇黏膜移植 , 利用睑结膜的替代 物 (唇黏膜 ) 再造泪小点 。结果 　术后随访 3 个月 , 11例患者成功 , 余 1例因 局部瘢痕组织收缩导致术后泪小点关闭。结论 　唇黏膜泪小点成型术既可保留泪小点的位置 , 又能避免其他术 式造成 睑内翻或外翻等并发症 , 是一种泪小点再造的新方法 。 　　 【关键词 】　泪小点 ; 黏膜 ; 成型 　　 【中图分类号 】R 777　 【文献标识码 】B 　 【文章编号 】100 7 - 9 572 (2 00 8) 12 - 2 259 - 02 C lin ica l U se of P un c tum Recon str u ct ion w ith L a ium M uco sa 　 F EN G Gu an g - zho ng, BA I J ie.
