Exploration on carrying on training of teac ers new
curriculum by applying Webbased media

Abstract: During t e education reform, more and more att ention as been paid to t e t raining of teac ers of
different subjects. Earlier training mode, w ic emp asized t e im parting of t eoretical know ledge and w as or
ganized in t e form of centralized instruction, could no longer meet t oday s teac ers need of personalized
learning . By review ing t e Webbased training of C inese, Mat ematics and P ysics subjects for 2009 junior
ig sc ool t eac er new curriculum in Jiangsu, guided by constructive learning t eory , t e paper att empts to
explore t e application of personalized independent learning platform. It is expected t at t e new mode will
fully manifest t eac ers autonomy in learning and elp to en ance teac ers abilit ies in instructional practice.
